Refund Policy

Service Fees: Professional service fees cover consultation, documentation guidance, slot booking, and tracking support. These fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Embassy/Government Fees: Paid directly to embassies/VFS and are non-refundable as per their rules.

Cancellations: If you cancel before any work begins, we may issue a partial refund of service fees less administrative charges.

Refusals: Embassy decisions are final. We can assist with re-application strategy; fees may apply.
